Project Overview

YASM (Yet Another Skill Manager) is an internal tool developed for PRODYNA to manage and track employee skills efficiently. This platform enables employees and project managers to:
Document individual skillsets and expertise.
Search for suitable employees for specific tasks or projects based on skill availability.
Facilitate effective resource planning and allocation.
The goal was to create a centralized, user-friendly solution to streamline internal processes and optimize workforce utilization.

My Role

Conducted user research through workshops with employees and project managers to identify key requirements.
Designed intuitive user flows for both employees and managers to manage profiles and search for skills effectively.
Developed high-fidelity wireframes and visual designs, ensuring the tool aligns with PRODYNA’s branding.
Worked closely with developers to ensure the design vision translated seamlessly into the final product.
Facilitated user testing to refine the platform’s functionality and usability.
